I was happy with the price of the washing line I ordered, and happy that it was in stock according to the website. But I received an email a couple of days later to say that it actually wasn't in stock and would herefore take a little longer to be delivered. Apart from this hiccup, the service was very good, and I would be happy to buy from the company again. Sue McGinness

When I went on the website and ordered it wasn't clear whether the payment had been made. I emailed the following day to see and got no reply. I rang and was told that it was OK. It seemed to take a while to process the order and then when it was dispatched, it was delivered to the wrong place (10 miles away). I followed this up and Barry was great, but I did have to follow up again because nothing happened. Once the drill arrived it has been great. When my bank statement came through the payment had been taken twice, again a call to Barry to sort it, but it seems as though i had to work very hard to get this item and wouldn't come back unless I knew the service was much better.

Trefor, the issue started with the two orders received and then of course two payments. This did throw the system out a little as both orders were witheld, this led to all the problems. I apologise for the inconvenience, I can only assure you that we process hundreds of orders every day without incident but we will have a look at how we deal with orders outside the normal process.
